This study examined the causes of human errors in such characteristics as mass, length, center of mass, and moment of inertia of the physical parameter of the baseball bats. This study attempted to find ways to remove human errors and to improve bat physics. This study was based on the ASTM bat test standard. With the programmable system on chips (PSoC), the baseball-bat parameter measuring system included two loadcell devices, the photoelectric device and the innovating mechanism. The statistical methods employed the Pearson product-moment correlation. The result showed a high positive correlation between the theoretical and the experimental measurements. This study provided evidence on the measuring system for the parameters of the bat. In the future, for professional baseball players, this system will batter measure their bats.
