本研究旨在驗證身體基本條件、肌肉力量與抗G耐力的相關性,並探討以空軍現有的肌力檢測方法評估初學飛行者抗G耐力的可行性。經以24位平均22.5±1.0歲自願接受測驗的健康男性學生為研究對象,皆測量身高、體重並計算身體質量指數(BMI)值,遴選BMI符合航空體檢規定者為本研究的受測者,然後記錄個人人體離心機初訓時的最高鬆弛性G耐力(Gr)、緊張性G耐力(Gs)數值,最後接受蹲舉、仰臥推舉的最大肌力測驗(除以體重求得相對值),並以Pearson積差相關探討各變項與Gr、Gs之間的相關性,以獨立樣本t檢定組間各變項的差異情形。結果顯示:(一)蹲舉、仰臥推舉最大肌力與Gr、Gs呈正相關,前者與Gr達到顯著相關水準。(二)採用蹲舉最大肌力相對值≧0.99為肌力檢測合格標準,是本研究中可獲得Gr≧5.0G或Gs≧8.0G預判、預測率的最好方法。結論:以下肢肌力測驗評估初學飛行者的抗G耐力是可行的方法。作者建議再多做長期追蹤,以驗證本研究結果的運用成效。
The study examined: first, the relationship among the height, body weight, body mass index (BMI), muscular strength and the G force tolerance of the human centrifuge (GT); second, if the air force muscular strength test was a good predictor for GT. Twenty-four flyer beginners with BMI conformed to the standard of fighter pilots volunteered as subjects (mean age 22.5 years old). Maximum relaxed G force tolerance (Gr) and strained G force tolerance (Gs) with the human centrifuge, as well as relative performance of maximal muscular strength (lifted weight divided by body weight) of squat press (SP) and bench press (BP) were assessed. The Pearson product moment coefficient correlation was used to test the correlation among variables, and independent t-test for testing the differences between groups. The results showed that performance of SP and BP was positively correlated to Gr and Gs, but only SP was significantly correlated with Gr. Besides, the relative maximal SP muscular strength of ≧0.99 was the best predictor to differentiate those with Gr≧5.0G or Gs≧8.0G. It was concluded that the relative lower limbs' muscular strength was a valid predictor of GT of the flyer beginners. Further study for the validation of the presented protocol is also suggested.
