　　本研究以個案研究的方式，透過人員訪談的方式，來瞭解台灣A公司與大陸B公司這兩家廠商的發展狀況、營運模式，再利用五流與五管的交叉矩陣來分析A公司與B公司的現況。藉由分析台灣A公司與大陸B公司五流五管的構面，來找出台灣A公司與大陸B公司之差異，以提出台灣A公司與大陸B公司未來可改進之方向。本研究希望能夠透過五流五管分析模式，來比較A公司與B公司之差異，並透過本研究之結果，可以讓A、B公司達到互相學習的效果。

　　Case study approach is used in this research to identify the business model of company A in Taiwan and company B in Mainland China respectively. Then, five-flow-five-management cross matrix is applied to analyze the differences between company A and B. Also, through the cross matrix, we propose suggestions to improve the competitive advantage of company A and B. Therefore, company A (B) can learn how to improve efficiency from company B (A).
