題名:射擊初學者規律化準備動作與射擊成績表現之相關研究

過去研究發現運動員規律化準備動作過程與運動表現有顯著相關,包括籃球罰球、高爾夫推桿等,但卻侷限於以受過長期訓練的運動員為對象,對初學者運動表現的影響則不得而知;本研究目的為探討初學射擊者討規律化準備動作與成績表現之關係。以台灣北部某警察專科學校23位空氣槍射擊社成員為受試對象(均為初學者),在非競賽情境下射擊四回合共計40發,記錄每發瞄準時間與射擊成績,所得資料以皮爾遜積差相關加以分析。結果發現:1.瞄準時間平均數與成績表現呈現顯著正相關。2.瞄準時間平均數與成績表現之變異性呈現顯著負相關。3.瞄準時間之變異性與成績表現則無顯著相關。4.瞄準時間變異性與成績表現變異性呈現顯著負相關。本研究發現射擊初學者每發瞄準時間越長,成績表現越好,因此若能更精熟於技能,規律化準備動作訓練將能提升動作表現。此外,瞄準時間一致性對於成績的提昇並無影響,但是卻與成績穩定性有關,這可能與未經規律化準備動作訓練有關,射擊初學者成績表現在時間與『時機』產生部分相關性,對時機掌握展現在成績表現變化上,其自主性與射擊瞄準技術仍需經過訓練而產生較佳配合,以達較優成績表現。
Purpose: to investigate the relationship of preperformance routine and shooting performance of novice shooters. Method: twenty-three pistol shooters from the police college were recruited to participate in this study. Each subject shot 4 sets, 10 shots per set during data collection. Pearson product-moment correlation was employed for examining the relationships between shooting time and score performance. Results: (a) average shooting time was positively correlated with performance, (b) average shooting time was negatively correlated with performance variability (standard deviation), (c) no association was found between shooting time variability and performance, (d) the relationship between shooting time variability and performance variability was negative. Conclusion: for novice shooters who have been undergoing short-term training, the longer shooting time, the better in performance. In other words, mastering exercise rhythmicity is important in terms of shooting time and performance.
