題名:背向行走斜坡之生物力學初探

問題背景:背向行走能減輕受傷膝關節的壓力,並增強膝關節伸肌的力量,與前進行走相比,所承受的地面反作用力亦顯著變小,對於下肢肌肉的健康、穩定與強化均有所助益,因此被臨床醫生推介為下肢能力受損病患復健的有效訓練方式。近年來,民間很流行「斜坡健身法」運動,即利用斜坡進行正向及背向行走運動以增加心肺機能,提高腰和腿部的肌肉強度,其效果是平地運動的兩到三倍。因此針對背向行走斜坡之步態的研究亦顯示其重要性。目的:本研究將針對背向行走斜坡之步行速度、跨步長、步頻、步態週期、關節角度、地面反作用力與下肢肌電變化等生物力學參數之文獻加以探討。結語:背向行走會造成步頻、跨步長和步行速度顯著下降,以增加步行的穩定性,提供膝關節更佳的穩定性,而背向行走斜坡時,對下肢肌群之肌力的訓練有更大的幫助。因此背向行走斜坡運動應是一項值得推行的活動。
