在許多運動比賽項目中,時常可以發現其中一些動作包含著不同高度的著地動作,如跳繩、籃球比賽中跳起爭後的落地動作等。當人體以不同的著地方式接觸地面時,人體所承受的地面反作用力便會受到著地高度、著地表面、著地方式、衝擊速度、鞋子、著地技巧及人體測量參數等因素影響。目的:了解影響著地動作的要素,並進一步探討在著地時之下肢勁度,以提供將來相關性應用研究之基礎。方法:以著地動作之生物力學分析文獻回顧方式,分為(一)著地動作之運動學相關文獻;(二)著地動作之動力學相關文獻;(三)著地動作之肌電相關文獻;(四)下肢勁度之相關文獻等四部份,探討髖、膝、踝關節的最大角度、角加速度等運動學與動力學參數、肌電訊號。結語:探討著地動作對下肢各關節受力情形、下肢勁度調節的機轉,並進一步了解肌群活化作用的機制。因此,本研究擬以不同軟、硬表面(體操墊、安全墊、硬地)模擬雙腳著地過程中,髖、膝、踝關節的最大角度、角加速度等運動學與動力學參數對骨骼肌肉系統的影響,肌電訊號以及模式運算所得的各動力學參數作為分析與討論的依據來了解影響著地動作的要素,並進一步探討在著地時之下肢勁度,以提供將來相關性應用研究之基礎。
