麩醯胺酸胜肽是近年來所開發出來的新產品,由於它的穩定性、溶解性及吸收性皆比游離態的麩醯胺酸佳,在臨床或營養學上受到了高度的重視與興趣。長時間的耐力性運動,有10~15%的能量來源,是由葡萄糖-丙氨酸循環而來,胺基酸所扮演的角色不容忽視,而麩醯胺酸胜肽也是胺基酸的一種。麩醯胺酸胜肽在運動的應用,主要可作爲能量的提供、減緩蛋白質異化及免疫力提升等。本文僅就麩醯胺酸胜肽與麩醯胺酸間的差異、麩醯胺酸胜肽在體內的吸收、麩醯胺酸對能量利用與代謝的影響以及麩醯胺酸對肝醣合成與脂肪代謝影響進行探討,期盼能夠提供運動員在選擇營養增補劑之參考。
