有氧舞蹈爲極盛行的有氧運動之一,參與有氧舞蹈可以增進心肺功能。然而,有氧舞蹈的盛行,亦造成臨床運動傷害病例數量增多。依據許多相關研究和調查報告指出,有氧舞蹈最常見的傷害部位爲「下肢」部位,發生頻率最高的傷害種類是「過度使用」的傷害。由於有氧舞蹈課程是持續長時間且跟著音樂節奏的運動,爲了避免下肢過度負荷而造成傷害,在課堂設計上,盡量不要都是高衝擊有氧動作。另外音樂節拍、階梯高度或是舞蹈動作也是造成下肢傷害原因之一。階梯有氧的音樂節拍方面,以125 BPM以下及高度爲4inch以下較爲安全,開合跳、後勾及滑輪動作的動作設計應該謹慎行之。此外,初學者在神經肌肉的適應及動作技巧方面不如有經驗者,跳躍距離、音樂速度與階梯高度都不能太大。本文整理過去實證性研究文獻,希望給予設計或參與有氧舞蹈者,避免傷害發生的建議。
