從生物力學觀點來觀察起跑時的動態模式與參數,有助於選手訓練及選手動作修正,藉由科學技術將實驗數據呈現,這些都是可以提供給教練及選手作為練習時的參考依據。當選手反應時間越短、反作用力越大、緊接著一連串的動作協調性越好,都有可能可以提昇選手的成績,因此起跑的訓練還是有其重要性。本研究之主要目的在於以科學儀器記錄並分析選手的起跑反應機制,特別是起跑反應時間與作用力的特點,建立連續時間軸上的動作模式,將來可進而應用在選手訓練上。在實驗過程中,藉由影像分析、多通道應力計訊號擷取與運動學原理,分析起跑反應時間與反作用力的運動生物力學機制。
Investigations of dynamic patterns and parameters from biomechanics concept during sprint-start phase, those are helpful to players' training and motion correction of players. Display of experimental data by using scientific techniques, these can provide coaches and players with the references. It may be able to improve the achievement of player when the player with the shorter response time, the greater reaction force, and the superior motion coordination. Therefore, the training of sprint-start phase is still important. The goal of the study is to record and analyze the response mechanism of sprint-start phase by using scientific instruments, response time and reaction force especially. Establishments of motion patterns of continuous time-domain can be applied to player's training further in the future. In the experimental procedure, the mechanisms about response time and reaction force are analyzed by images analysis, multi-channel signals record of stress sensors, and kinematic theories.
