In order to avoid the lemons of the agricultural markets,all feasible strategies to improve the used durables’s asymmetric investment were popular to identify and balance the informational asymmetry between the buyers and the sellers. This research focuses on the field survey of the second-hand machines, which farming on the Northeastern Ilan. With the empirical efforts using Box-Cox model and the factor analysis,the derived results support the lemons hypothesis. The main fndings are that we develop the quantifying six criteria for accounting for unbalanced asymmetry. Finally,we conclude with the classics-named when there are enough asymmetric variables are included in models of used durables’s project,it is necessary to manage the maintenance skill of the replacement buyers, secondly for the consideration of the market power and credit searching.
