目前國內公共圖書館所提供的兒童版網頁，多非針對兒童閱讀資訊需求而設計，對於兒童使用者而言，其效益不彰。由於國內資訊技術足以媲美國外，惟近十年在兒童資訊服務成長緩慢，因此，本文藉由瀏覽美國公共圖書館「兒童服務」網站所提供之檢索項目，反思國內未來提升兒童網頁架構與內容的方向。

The children's website of the public library in Taiwan is not designed for the information needs of children; therefore, it doesn't benefit the children. The IT technology in our country is good enough, however, there is not much growth in children's information service in recent 10 years. Therefore, this article will discuss about the ways to improve the framework and contents of children's website in our country by the ideas coming from researching public library websites of children's services in America.
