  市售「非處方(over the counter, OTC)」感冒藥丸是近年來國內甲基安非他命製毒工廠所需原料鹽酸假麻黃素(pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, PEP‧HCl)來源之一。本研究選用25種非處方感冒藥物加以分析後發現,大部分樣品的PEP‧HCl含量在30-60 mg/顆,但亦有含量高達120 mg/顆者,值得重視及適當管控。 所有藥錠經分析後,均檢出多種成分。其中PEP、methylephedrine、acetaminophen、chlorpheniramine、dextromethorphan、caffeine、brompheniramine、triprolidine、noscapine、loratadine、diphenylpyraline及carbinoxamine等11種與包裝盒上所標示之成分相同;另外檢出之benzaldehyde、cis/trans-1,2-dimethyl-3-phenyl-aziridine、norephedrine、methylephedrine、N-acetylmethamphetamine及N-acetylephedrine等成分,則並未標示於包裝盒上,易被鑑識人員誤認係由甲基安非他命的合成過程所產生,需特別留意並驗證其真正來源。 將25種感冒藥錠分別歷經Nagai合成法(紅磷合成法)之實驗程序後發現,原藥錠所含chlorpheniramine、caffeine、brompheniramine、triprolidine及carbinoxamine等5種成分,均可固定於最終產品中檢出,但其中caffeine也常出現在其他方法所得鹽酸甲基安非他命(methamphetamine hydrochloride, MA‧HCl)藥錠(如Ya-Ba)中,故本文建議以chlorpheniramine、brompheniramine、triprolidine及carbinoxamine等4種成分作為研判MA‧HCl製毒工廠的成品或所用原料PEP‧HCl是否由感冒藥錠中萃取而來的重要證據,亦可做為毒品溯源之重要參考。
