本文敘述一位罹患惡性淋巴瘤個案首次接受化學治療的護理過程，筆者於97年4月23日到4月30日護理期間運用Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估個案有：焦慮、噁心嘔吐、睡眠型態改變、身體心像改變等健康問題。經由提供完整正確的治療資訊、澄清對化學治療的疑慮、病友分享心路歷程以及協助選擇合適的飲食等措施，減輕個案及家屬對疾病預後的焦慮，及有效控制化學治療所帶來的生理不適，讓個案在家人與醫療團隊的陪伴下，得以用正向勇敢的態度面對接續的療程。

This report is about the nursing experience of a patient with Malignant Lymphoma who was treated with chemotherapy. During the stage of diagnosis, the patient became anxious when facing the unknown results of the treatment. In receiving chemotherapy, the patient started having mental and physical illnesses due to the side effects of chemicals. The author evaluated this patient according to Gordon's 11 Functional Health Pattern and confirmed that he was anxious, feeling sick, and vomiting. This patient's sleeping habit and body image had also changed. The author expected to effectively manage the anxiety of the patient and his family in order to relieve his physical discomfort. Above all, the author hoped to help the patient accept chemotherapy with courage and to build up an optimistic attitude towards pressure with the support of the medical team.
