本篇報告是描述一位膀胱癌病人再次面臨重大根治性膀胱切除手術的照護經驗。筆者運用觀察、傾聽、會談以及Gordon 11項健康功能型態為評估工具，確立病患的護理問題有焦慮、急性疼痛、感染、身體心像紊亂，經提供明確資訊及衛教，協助病患接受手術，並介紹相同病友提供經驗分享，克服尿失禁帶來的困擾，讓病患重新面對出院的生活，提昇生活品質。

This report is about a nursing experience for a bladder cancer's patient who went through a radical bladder resection. The author evaluated the patient according to Gordon's 11 Functional Health Pattern and confirmed that he was anxious, in acute pain and down with infection. This patient's body image had also changed. The author could assist the patient in accepting the surgical operation through re-establishing the reliance and supplying clear and definite knowledge on hygiene. The patient was also encouraged to share his surgical experience in order to help him face life again and to improve his quality of life.
