提升國內職業安全衛生水準，是我國職場現階段重要的課題。國際勞工組織針對國家職業安全衛生政策和企業付諸實施條款強調：雇主的首要職責應包含保護勞工的工作安全衛生，以預防勞工遭受職業傷害的衝擊，其中，因工作所引起的肌肉骨骼傷害問題日益受重視。本研究收集並分析各先進國家肌肉骨骼傷害防制推動的發展現況，收集的資料包括：美國勞工部職業安全衛生署、美國州政府、日本、歐盟、英國與瑞典等國之職場肌肉骨骼傷害防制推動計畫。本研究提出國內肌肉骨骼傷害防制方向及建議以提供政府機構、事業單位與學者專家等推動職場肌肉骨骼傷害預防與改善實務之參考。因此，本研究可望為肌肉骨骼傷害防制與推動開啟更寬廣的思考空間，並作為後續研究之參考。
Abstract Occupational safety and health has become an important issue in the working environments. Internal Labor Organization (ILO) has pointed out that it is the duty of the owner to prevent workplace workers from occupational risk and hazards, especially the ever-increasingly work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMDS). This study collected and analyzed the related plans of prevention and promotion in musculoskeletal disorders among the well developed countries. Data from Occupational Safety and Health Administration of United States American (OSHA), states of U.S.A, Japan, European Union, United Kingdom and Sweden. The anticipated results of this study could be a workplace design reference for improvement of musculoskeletal disorders, and this study shall put forward for further use.
