題名:不同長度泳池對選手血乳酸濃度和200公尺游泳表現之影響

本文採文獻探討的方式欲了解25公尺短水道與50公尺長水道對選手血乳酸和200公尺游泳表現的影響。結果發現:不同長度之泳池對於血乳酸及游泳速度是有相關的。從訓練的角度上來看,25公尺短水道,對選手轉身技術及蹬牆後滑行速度有顯著提升的效果;50公尺長水道,則對選手在耐乳酸能力上比短水道產生較多的顯著增進之效果。所以,教練為游泳選手設計訓練計畫時,可依不同訓練目的而選擇不同長度泳池,若要改善游泳技術與技巧,可選擇在短水道進行;若要增進耐乳酸能力則可以在長水道進行訓練。
