The study focuses on realizing the profession values of college administrative staff in two sides across Taiwan Strait. To achieve the study purpose, questionnaire research is conducted in Beijing, Kaohsiung city, and county. The three dimensions are "Sex", "Compensation", and "Education Background". The amount of valid questionnaires in Beijing is 341 and 351 in Kaohsiung city and county. The results are as follows: A. Both Beijing and Kaohsiung college staff focuses on "economic security". B. There is non-significant difference of profession value between different sexes in two sides across Taiwan Strait. C. The focus on the content of profession value is the same to the college staff in both Beijing and Kaohsiung. D. College staff should enhance the rationality of compensation and benefit system.
