題名:運動引起延遲性肌肉酸痛對不同強度跑之攝氧量的影響

目的:考驗「下坡跑 (DHR)引起延遲性肌肉酸痛 (DOMS)時,進行 ≧80%VO2max (≧乳酸閾值,LT)跑之攝氧量 (VO2)到達穩定狀態 (SS)的時間會比<LT強度來得長」之假設。 方法:讓 15位健康大學男性學生在做30分鐘70%VO2max強度DHR (-17%)前和後第 2天時,各分別進行 1回合 5分鐘 70%、80%和 90%VO2max水平跑步測驗,並分析VO2、運動自覺量表、血乳酸與 DOMS。 結果: (1)在DHR後第2天時引起明顯 DOMS、RPE和 LA顯著升高;(2)在 DHR第 2天進行 80%和 90%V O2max跑步之 VO2到達SS的時間明顯比前測來得高,但70%VO2max在DHR前後測之間則無差異。(3)在DHR後第2天分別各進行70%、80%和90%VO2max時,均可在 RE測驗的4分鐘內使VO2達到SS。 結論:這些結果顯示,在 DOMS時進行≧LT跑步時之VO2達到SS的時間會明顯比<LT來得長,故這些結果可做為未來探討 DOMS對RE之實驗設計時之參考。關鍵詞:下坡跑步運動、離心運動、最大攝氧量、跑步經濟性。
