The purpose of this study college students receive 12 weeks of aerobic dance course, for the health effects of physical fitness, this study, 99 school year Chung Shan Medical University undergraduate freshmen for the study, by physical fitness test selected "Overall physical fitness test" (flexibility, muscle fitness, instantaneous force and cardiorespiratory fitness) after 30% fall in the country or body mass index fall in the "normal range" outside the 166 students involved in the research. Aerobic dance course is designed to Tuesdays, Thursdays 17:10 ~ 18:10 for the afternoon, training for 12 weeks, 99 October 05 to December 23 as a training period. All data in this study begin with the average (mean) and standard deviation (standard deviation, SD), said the use of paired T-test (paired test), more subjects after the 12 week course of training physical fitness before and after the test value of the difference. The results showed that subjects the physical fitness test scores showed improve the situation. Show aerobics to improve the overall health of physical fitness, a significant effect.
