本文利用電子化交易管理系統以獲取某商品之銷售資料,再透過分群與統計適合度檢定,以先找出各群之最適需求分配。因為前置時間的長短及不同群別之需求分配不同,使得在不同前置時間下之再訂購點位置呈現高低變化,隨後建構出給定前置時間下一般商品之存貨決策模型,透過數值分析方法,求解出最適訂購量與再訂購點,以期達到期望存貨成本最小化之目標。最後,搭配數值範例以驗證本文所提模型之可行性與正確性,並提出兩點具體結論,以作為後續研究與實務應用之參考依據。
This article through the electronic transaction management system to obtain the sales data of merchandise, through by clustering analysis method and statistical goodness of fit methods to predict the distribution of demand. The length of lead time and the different stochastic demand distributions will influence the reorder point. Therefore, we build up an inventory decision model of general merchandise under given lead time, and using optimization techniques to find out the optimal ordering quantity and reorder point, through numerical examples to verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed model. Finally, two specific conclusions are taken for future studies and practical applications.
