Abstract Performance, competition, promotion, workload, interpersonal relationship between colleagues and superiors, work environment are factors that can cause high stress at workplace. High stress not only affects the individual worker emotionally and physically, it also affects the whole organization. The number of absenteeism, turn over, occupational injuries and leave without absent will increase and the performance will decrease. Due to this reason, it is very important that workers know how to cope with their stress and have healthier life, so their performance can be more effectively. It is a long –term process to establish a Stress Management Program at Workplace. This research will be done as an action plan to help some business industrials. Stress tests will be administered and the results will be analyzed to find out the issues and patterns of the workplace stress in each business industrial. Based on the result, suggestions will be made to the business industrials. If necessary, practical assistance will be provided to the business industrial such as promoting the concept of self-care, conducting training to improve the skills and knowledge of charge person and providing counseling to people who are stressed out.
