The hot spring restaurants and motels are important relaxing and amusing places in Taiwan, and the cleanness is one of important factor of customer impression. When the peak season comes, the customers will go to the restaurants frequently, and the cleaners have to clean the rooms and bathrooms frequently. Therefore, this is an important topic to understand the musculoskeletal condition of cleaners who work in the high frequency restaurant. This study will applied the Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire (NMQ) to analyze the musculoskeletal condition of the high frequency restaurant cleaners, total survey of 305 questionnaires. The hot spring hotels surveyed 180 questionnaires. The motels surveyed 125 questionnaires and the research results may help the relevant decision-makers to understand the musculoskeletal condition of the high frequency restaurant cleaners.
