The purpose of this study was to find the difference of team technique performance between serve, receive and dig of world elite female's volleyball team, to understand the trend of serve, receive and dig at present and provide an advisement for Taiwanese female volleyball team on training. This research adopts the observation, the top eight teams of female volleyball in 2008 Beijing Olympic game were drawn as the subjects. All the technique performance were scored according to ”Scoring Standard for Technique Performance of volleyball Team”, and there were 8 games (28sets, 7801 balls) used as the analyzed data. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics; independent One-way ANOVA. The results were as follows: The comparison on different serving styles: There were no different between the jump serve, jumping float serve and serving above shoulder (p＞.05). However, the serving efficiency of a jump float serve was better than that jump serve and serving above shoulder from the mean of score. Use jump float serve will affect the performance of receive, but also to increase the stability of the alternative jump serve. The comparison on defense systems of receive in volleyball team technique performance: The technique performance of receiving of the Libero players was higher than that of the regular player (p＜.05). Use Libero players will help improve our offensive setting and offensive spike technique performance. The technique performance of digging of the Libero players was no different than that of the regular player (p＞.05). Mainly Libero players defensive digging position, attack speed and placement of dispersion effects cannot strive for greater range and effective defense digging to show its good digging techniques.
