隨著社會經濟成長、人民受教育的普及性提升，國民對於醫療環境也愈加重視，醫療院所趨向高型大樓化，其建造物日趨高型化的醫療大樓，不但隱藏多種高型建築物之危險性，也增加火災發生時的複雜性，藉以了解火災可能發生的情境，以探討醫院人員應有的應變作為。本研究對象乃以台北地區某間醫院及公立醫院的相關人員作為研究樣本，有效問卷為393份，研究結果顯示：1.不同階級的受訪者在「起火預防」、「避難救助」上達顯著差異。2.不同職稱的受訪者在「避難救助」上達顯著差異。綜合上述，醫院人員應加強保護人命，並使其免於受到火災發展初期時的危害，並延長等待救援的時間，平時應加強消防安全練習，一旦火警發生時，便能迅速將病患帶離疏散至安全地方。

Education, domestic people have paid more attention to medical environment. The trend of medical buildings us going high-rise has not only exposed the risks of multiple types of danger of high-rise edifice, but also increase the sophistication of fire emergency.To understand possible scenarios in fire emergency is to discuss adequate action response for paramedics. The study subjects were targeted at a hospital in Taipei city and public hospitals' relevant staff with 393 valid questionnaires. The results show that (1) there is vast difference in response with different levels of interviewers in ”fire emergency prevention” and ”evacuation rescue, (2) There is vast difference in response with different levels of interviewers in ”evacuation rescue”.To conclude, paramedics are encouraged to enhance life protection to avoid any loss at initial stage of fire emergency and lengthen waiting time for rescue. Additional fire-fighting training and practice should be provided at fire emergency to enable paramedics to swiftly evacuate patients to safe places.
