The teaching of Chinese language has being considered significant from around the world. The Ministry of Education in Taiwan is making great effort in order to raise students' language ability. Among the varied teaching methods, how to integrate courses with multimedia has becoming one of the most important researching objects. Based on practical teaching experience, this paper keeps a positive attitude towards multimedia on account of its visual and hearing stimulation which effectively help students absorb the background knowledge of the themes. The relation between movies and literature materials can be generally classified into three categories. The first category is directly adapted from the original; the second one is the introduction of the writers; and the third one includes similar background or topic. Last but not least, despite the Taiwan literature materials, the movie can still be either abroad or native, for the purpose of improving critical thinking ability.
