面對社會的變化,教育改革的主要目的是希望可以培養學生成為獨立思考者,增強他們在學習和生活上創意、批判、決策和解難的能力。有效的教學便成為近年教育改革及研究的熱門話題,而優化學生的思維技巧更是一個值得重視的環節。視像學習工具以圖像方式去組織學習的過程,原意是幫助教師和學生組織和理解自己所教和所學。視像學習工具之一,思維技巧導圖利用視像學習工具本身視像化的特徵,將一系列的思維技巧或思維過程以概念導圖的形式表達出來,讓老師可以具體化地指導學生思考,讓學生模仿和內化一些系統的思考技巧模式,達至思維教學的目的。本文目的是介紹思維教學、視像學習工具,以及教師應用的觀感,最後討論這些工具的可能發展和用途。
