近年來,彈性運輸服務 (flexible transit service)之構想逐漸被重視,並衍生出需求反應式大眾運輸服務 (demand-response transit service, DRTS)。但此種作法可能導致部份旅客將產生「空間縫隙」與「時間縫隙」。有鑑於此,本研究提出另一種應甠 DRTS的運輸系統,做為幹線公車站與旅客迄點間接駁時使用,稱之接駁型需求反應公車服務(Feeder Demand Responsive Transit Service, FDRTS),本研究以 FDRTS業者之立場,提出相關的營運目標與限制條件進行初步探討,期望未來可以本研究為基礎進行最佳化模式的建構。
