When players are in the pursuit of excellent performance, the psychological skills is the key to the success, and the imagery training is an important psychological impact on the athletic performance skills. The main purpose of this study is to explore the application of imagery training for roller speed skater achievement. Through the literature collection, and analysis, we found imagery training can reduce anxiety before race, focus attention and improve self-confidence; Imagery training can also improve the tension and stress caused by on-the-spot performance. Imagery training can also speed up injury recovery speed of injured players, and prevent deterioration of their motor skills. The imagery training, having a positive effect on the athletic performance, should be incorporated into normal training courses to enhance players' performance, just like the physical training;But(1) Training programs should be adjusted according the needs, ability, and interests of each different player.(2) Imagery training should be effective after long-term and systematic exercises.(3) The degree of image clarity and control is the key factor in image quality.
