Based on the Taipei MRT construction experience, characteristics, execution strategy and the interface management of the Zhonghe line super project CC560, this paper discusses feedback on the following issues: (1) contract characteristics; (2) management system and effective operation of the personnel organization; (3) standardization of the document management system; (4) utilization of the contract management approach; (5) integration and management of the interface between the contract and the project works; (6) establishment of the project management framework; (7) review of the critical milestones of the super project Contract CC560; (8) exploration of the key factor to the Zhonghe line's earlier operation one year ahead of scheduled date.
