前言:阻力訓練器材的阻力來源有很多種,各種阻力的運用方式、動作性質與訓練效果也各不相同,至於何種阻力來源較適合年長族群使用仍未有統一的結論,因此,本研究希望藉由實驗測試來了解四種不同阻力訓練器材在使用時的肌電訊號、發力率等動作特性,藉以評斷較適合年長族群使用之阻力訓練器材。方法:受試者為15名一般健康之年輕人,且六個月內無上下肢運動傷害者,實際執行不同形式器材包括肘關節彎曲、肩關節內收、膝關節曲屈及伸直等動作,擷取肌電及力量參數後,進行分析比較,此外,以問卷方式訪查30名年長者對於不同阻力源的訓練器材的使用經驗及感受,用以提供適合年長族群使用之決策依據。結果:鉛塊、慣性輪、油壓式與彈力繩式阻力訓練器材發力率表現皆與預期負重程度呈正相關;0-200 ms間的發力率與該區間內肌肉活化程度多呈正相關,而油壓式阻力訓練器材無相關性存在。問卷調查以油壓式阻力訓練器材獲得最高評分,有較佳的舒適度也較容易為年長族群使用。結論與建議:綜觀年長族群所需之阻力訓練器材,著重的是在於安全性以及對於爆發力的訓練成果,針對年長族群的阻力訓練,油壓式阻力訓練器材為較安全且有效率的訓練器材。
