題名:振動式訓練對體操選手倒立推撐表現之影響

目的:利用振動式訓練來促進大專公開組競技體操選手倒立推撐運動表現。方法:研究對象為大專公開組冠軍女子競技體操選手,並隨機分為實驗組(N=5)與控制組(N=5)。研究期程為期兩週,訓練期間實驗組實施振動式訓練與專項訓練,控制組僅實施專項訓練,訓練前後均進行倒立推撐瞬發力測驗;所得數值利用混合設計二因子變異數分析比較組別、測驗前後與交互作用,顯著水準設定為α=.05。結果:變異數分析中,組別、測驗前後與交互作用都未達顯著差異(199.7±39.5vs.158.0±33.4,p>.05)。結論:本研究結果雖有些許改變,對於上肢倒立之運動表現仍是沒有達到顯著的效果,是否因訓練期程過短或訓練強度不足,需今後持續研究與探討。
Purpose: This study adopted vibration training to promote the handstand pushup performance of artistic gymnastic athletes in the open group of a junior college competition. Method: The subjects were ten female artistic gymnastic athletes of the open group college competition. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The research period lasted for two weeks, during which the experimental group received vibration training and specialty training, while the control group received only specialty training. A handstand pushup test was conducted before and after the training, and the results were analysis with two-way ANOVA of mixed design, in order to determine the interactive effect before and after training. If the effect was significant, the simple main effect was further conducted, and the independent sample t test was performed to analyze the change rate and difference before and after training. The level of significance was set at α≤.05. The results indicated that: 1. the variance analysis did not show a significant difference ("p">.05) of the interactive effect between the two groups before and after training; and 2. the independent sample t test showed that the two groups did not reach a significant difference ("p">.05). Conclusion: Although the experiment design achieved slight improvement, there was no significant change in upper-limb handstand performance, possibly due to the short term of training or to an inadequate training intensity.
