The anecdote about chief-adviser-to-the-Emperor Fuziwarano norimichi which is the fifth son of Fujiwarano michinaga is told in "Imakagami" Chapter4 Fuzinaminoue 'Shirakawanowatari'. When he participates in a party,he wore the half-elbow to the full court dress of winter, unlike people including Yorimichi who is the eldest son of Michinaga. Conventionally, this anecdote is seen as a part of anecdote describing Yoshimichi as guardianship, and is considered "The figure of conservative Norimichi which defends a longtime custom and regulation stubbornly is drawn, without being caught by a general trend." Since this anecdote is told to the continuation which begun to tell the thing of Yoshimichi, it thinks as one of the anecdotes involving Yoshimichi, but is it divided into Yoshimichi which merely stands on the reverse side, and is Norimichi attached to old custom, and is drawn as a "conservative" person to be sure? This paper puts the anecdote etc. of Norimichi told to "Kozidan" into consideration, and clarifies the meaning hidden in this anecdote from the viewpoint of "body expression."
