題名:穿戴髕腱加壓帶在連續跳躍中對下肢緩衝效果之影響

目的:探討有無穿戴髕腱加壓帶在連續垂直跳躍中對下肢緩衝效果之影響。其下肢緩衝效果係由身體重心垂直位移變化、地面接觸時間及下肢段髖、膝、踝角度變化、著地時50毫秒被動衝量、平均負荷率、垂直分力峰值及其時間等參數作為評估之依據。方法:以12名無下肢傷痛病史健康成年人為研究對象,實驗儀器一台Mega Speed MS30k 高速攝影機與一塊AMTI 測力板同步擷取連續垂直跳躍動作,並將連續垂直跳躍動作分為跳躍前期與跳躍後期。所得實驗參數使用SPSS for Windows 20.0 套裝軟體,以相依樣本t考驗分析,比較有無穿戴髕腱加壓帶在連續垂直跳躍中對下肢緩衝效果,顯著水準臨界值訂為α= .05。結果發現,在連續垂直跳躍前期下肢段運動學及動力學參數皆未達顯著差異,而在後期髖、膝及踝關節最大角位移、垂直分力峰值及負荷率穿戴髕腱加壓帶均顯著大於無穿戴。由上述結果,穿戴髕腱加壓帶後會給予膝關節一定的支撐,使之在連續跳躍後期也能維持膝關節的作用能力。
