博彩業一業獨大，使得澳門產業結構集中度不斷提高。基於澳門產業結構特徵，分析、評估澳門產業結構適度多元發展的現狀，剖析經濟結構多元發展過程中存在的問題，進而提出推動經濟適度多元發展的政策建議。根據發展現狀，將澳門產業劃分為博彩業、博彩相關行業、民生相關行業和基礎保障行業四大類型。近年澳門產業多元發展的趨勢雖然尚未確立，但經濟集中化的勢頭得到有效遏制，這為政府推進經濟適度多元發展創造了基礎條件。

Based on an analysis of the characteristics of Macau’s economic structure, this paper discusses the progress and problems of Macau’s moderate economic diversification process, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to promote further the diversification. Industries in Macau can be divided into gaming industry, gaming-related industries, livelihood-related industries and foundation industries. Although a trend is yet to be established for diversification, economic concentration has been relatively suppressed, creating necessary conditions for the Government to promote moderate economic diversification.
