本研究目地是探究穿著足弓支撐鞋墊是否可以改變搶籃板跳躍落地時下肢的負荷和下肢傷害 風險。本研究以19 名大專1 級女子籃球運動員為受試者(身高:174.7 ± 5.6 公分、體重:69.5 ± 6.6 公斤、年齡:20.0 ± 3.6 歲),以重複測量設計,所有受試者隨機執行穿著足弓支撐鞋墊或平底 鞋墊各完成3 次搶籃板跳躍落地動作,受試者在實驗過程中皆穿著相同款式的鞋子,所有運動學 和動力學資料使用兩塊測力板和11 台紅外線攝影機收集,資料分析以The MotionMonitor 軟體進 行分析。結果發現穿著足弓支撐鞋墊可以顯著減少搶籃板跳躍落地階段的地面衝擊力峰值(足弓 支撐鞋墊vs. 平底鞋墊;3.14 ± 0.58 vs. 3.29 ± 0.57) (p <.05) 和著地瞬間膝關節內旋角度(足弓支撐 鞋墊vs. 平底鞋墊;0.03 ± 8.77 vs. 2.65 ± 7.33) (p <.05)。本研究結果建議女子籃球運動員在訓練 和競賽時穿著足弓支撐鞋墊可以減少下肢負荷,應可更進一步減少前十字韌帶傷害的風險。

The purpose of this study was to determine whether arch support insole was capable of altering lower extremity loading and risk of injury during the rebound. Nineteen female Division I basketball players (height: 174.7 ± 5.6 cm, weight: 69.5 ± 6.6 kg, age: 20.0 ± 3.6 years) participated in this study. Utilizing a repeated measures design, participants completed two rebound tasks with and without the arch support insole. Kinematic data were recorded using 11 Eagle cameras. Kinetic data were recorded using 2 force plateform. Results showed that the selected arch support foot insole significantly decreased the peak impact force (arch support foot insole vs. flat insole; 3.14 ± 0.58 vs. 3.29 ± 0.57) (p <.05), knee internal rotation at the initial contact of the ground (arch support foot insole vs. flat insole; 0.03 ± 8.77 vs. 2.65 ± 7.33) (p <.05) compared to those of the flat insole. It suggested that the use of the arch support insole can decrease the lower extremity loading and maybe decrease the risk of ACL injury in female basketball players.
