This study was aimed to explore the associations and influences among the coach-athlete Relationship, the leadership behaviors of the coaches and the satisfactions of the athletes in the primary school table tennis, and tries to construct the prediction model of its athletic achievement. The study objects was from the four primary school table tennis teams in Taipei. A total of 99 effective samples were obtained and these datas were analyzed by variance analysis and data mining of C5.0 decision tree algorithm. The results showed that these young athletes must begin in the third and fourth grade for bulding the relationships with the coach, in order to maybe glow fever in the sports arena in the future. For these distinguished young athletes, more than two years persistent training of the table tennis is the most important. If you want to earlier on behalf of the school to participate in off-campus competition, you must need to pay more time and mind to succeed. However, in order to strive for outstanding results, you must increase the consideration of the personal innate qualities for getting the best predictive models.
