本研究即是以物理學為基礎，利用力學（Mechanics）的原理分析桌球的運動狀態。從純理論的角度出發，並透過拍攝的影片來輔助桌球教學，藉此以提升桌球教學品質並使得在學習過程中能更加瞭解其中的原理以助理解。從社團活動以及體育課教學著手，確實有明顯的提升學習品質。

The plan is based on Physics that is using the principle of Mechanics to analyze the motion of the table tennis. Start from the purely theory, auxiliary teaching table tennis by filming the movie to upgrade the quality of teaching table tennis and make us learn better by the theory in the progress to help us understand.
