題名:急性後期中風病患上肢動作缺損與日常生活功能之關聯分析

目的:本研究主要探討中風病患經效能式職能治療後,上肢動作與日常生活功能之關聯分析。 方法:採病例回顧方式,回溯113名PAC病患的傅格梅爾上肢評估量表(FMA-U/E)、動作活動日誌,包括使用量及使用品質(MAL-AOU, MAL-QOM)、基本日常生活功能(BI)及工具性日常生活功能(IADL)初評和末評分數進行關聯性分析。 結果:FMA-U/E初評與MALAOU初評 (r=0.617)及MAL-QOM初評 (r=0.623)呈中度相關; FMA-U/E末評與 MAL-AOU末評 (r=0.721)有高度相關。個案FMA-U/E初評達29分以上或FMA-U/E末評達48分以上則MAL末評才有機會達2.5分。 結論:本研究可提供職能治療臨床人員治療目標設定之參考。
OBJECTIVES. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of upper limb movements with functional outcomes in daily life after functional treatment in stroke patients. METHODS. A retrospective review of 113 patients with PAC was performed. The subjects were retrospectively reviewed using the Fugl-Meyer upper extremity assessment, the Motor Activity Log, basic daily living function and the Lawton-Brody IADL Scale initial/final evaluation scores for the correlation analysis. RESULTS. FMA-U/E and MAL-AOU (r=0.617) and MAL-QOM (r=0.623) were moderately correlated. An initial FMA-U/E up to 29 points or final FMA-U/E evaluation of 48 points or more were likely reach a 2.5 points on final MAL assessment. CONCLUSION. The main value of this study is to provide functional treatment of clinical treatment target setting reference.
