糖尿病位居國人十大死因之一,如何減緩糖尿病惡化,已是刻不容緩的議題。有氧運動已被證實可有效改善血糖控制。然而提升運動強度、縮短運動時間及減少總運動量的運動模式,是否對糖尿病有更佳效益,則需進一步釐清。本文將以回顧文獻方式,探討高強度間歇運動對Ⅱ型糖尿病血糖調控的影響。搜尋國內外10年內相關研究,所得計原創性論文9篇及綜評性文章21篇,進行比較分析。結果顯示高強度間歇運動,可調節骨骼肌中葡萄糖攝取和代謝,改善Ⅱ型糖尿病患的胰島素阻抗、減少空腹血糖值及降低糖化血色素,是有效調控血糖的運動方式。
Diabetes is now one of the top ten leading causes of death in Taiwan. It is necessary to prevent the deterioration of diabetes. Aerobic exercise has been proved to effectively improve the control of blood glucose. However, it is not clear whether the high intensity interval training (HIIT) that features the increasing intensity, shortening exercise periods, and reducing the total amount of exercise could benefit more for diabetes. This retrospective study review literature for the impact of HIIT on the type 2 diabetes. By searching the studies of resent ten years, 9 original papers and 21 meta-analysis studies were included to be analyzed. The results show that regular HIIT could adjust glucose uptake and metabolism in skeletal muscle, improves insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes and decreases fasting blood glucose and HbA1c. HIIT is an effective way for blood glucose regulation.
