目前大學生的創新就業工作不僅關係到大學生個人的職業發展和人生歷練，還關係到國家創新能力的提升、中國經濟發展的轉型，甚至還關係到社會的穩定。雖然許多學者們對於創業及相關的衍生問題做過許多研究，但以家庭環境及個人因素方面的探討，卻寥寥無幾，但其重要性卻不可忽略。因此，本研究採用模糊層級分析法，以福州市的大學生為研究對象做深入探討。結果發現，個人能力是創業的最重要因素。就整體權重而言，團隊合作能力、人際關係能力及父母的教養方式，是大學生創業的重要準則。

Now the innovative work of college student is not only related to the career development and life experience of college student, but also related to the improvement of national innovation ability, the transformation of China's economics development, and even the social stability. Although many scholars have done a lot of research on entrepreneurship and related issues, there are few discussions on family environment and personal factors, but their importance cannot be ignored. Therefore, this paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) in depth the college students in Fuzhou. The results showed personal ability is the most important factors. And in criteria, teamwork ability, interpersonal ability and parenting style are important criteria for college student entrepreneurship.
