中國大陸歷經多年來的探索，地方鄉鎮黨委公推直選的展開是基層民主與中共黨內民主的重要指標。地方鄉鎮黨委「公推直選」從多方探索到公推直選的全面實施，可以說地方鄉鎮黨委公推直選已經逐步得到高層的支持與推廣。地方鄉鎮黨委公推直選當然還是要面臨著與中共中央政治體制結構差異的困境。地方鄉鎮黨委公推直選仍然需要通過中共中央給予在制度上的支持。本文試圖藉著「中國大陸基層地方鄉鎮黨委公推直選」之歷史性研究，對近十年來鄉鎮黨委公推直選實踐等相關議題歸納出此選舉的基本模式與特點，這樣有意義及劃時代的政治改革，有個更深入認識。

With many years of exploration in mainland China, ＂Recommending Publicly and Electing Directly＂ for local township party committee is an important indicator of grassroots democracy and inner-party democracy in the Communist Party of China.＂Recommending Publicly and Electing Directly＂, from multi-party exploration to the full implementation of public direct elections in place, Local township party committee direct elections have been gradually supported and promoted by upper supervisors. By using the historical method of research in the ＂Recommending Publicly and Electing Directly＂ in mainland China in around ten years, sum up the basic pattern of the election and characteristics in ＂direct election＂, other related discussions, and have a deeper understanding in this meaningful and epoch-marking reform in politics.
