新產品開發是企業保持競爭優勢所在,然而在新產品開發過程中,往往須面臨諸多挑戰與衝突。因此,本研究欲應用詮釋結構模式探討新產品開發階段要素間層級關係,而後利用MICMAC分析整體新產品開發階段要素之間的驅動力與依賴力,並藉由因素分佈圖明確地得知入口要素與出口要素。研究顯示,入口要素以產品企劃具有較強的驅動力,出口要素則以量產上市具有較強的依賴力,而具體設計、細部設計、原型製作、測試改善等彼此間具有依存和影響關係。藉此層級結構的建立與階段要素的分析,可供設計者作為有效地新產品開發參考。
New product development (NPD) is to maintain competitive advantage of enterprises, however, in the development process, there are often many challenges and conflicts. Therefore, by applying Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), this study discussed the hierarchical relationship between factors of new product development stage. Next, the Impact Matrix Cross-Reference Multiplication Applied to a Classification (MICMAC) approach is employed to analysis the driving power and dependence power among the overall new product development stage, and it could clearly obtain the input factors and output factors by mean of factor distribution graph. This study showed that the input factor had the stronger driving power with the product planning; the output factor had the stronger dependence power with the production launch; while embodiment design, detail design, prototyping, testing and improvement, etc had interdependent relationship with each other. Through the establishment of hierarchical structure and the analysis of stage factors, it can be used as the effective NPD reference for designers.
