A lesson transcends time. In Taketori-Monogatari,a prince Kuramochi proposed marriage to princess Kaguya. She said when prince Kuramochi brought princess Kaguya a flower made of gold, silver and juwely from Mt. Horai-san,she promised to take herself in marriage. Prince Kuramochi tried to make fake juwely flower and tricked princess Kaguya. A lie came out, and prince Kuramochi became missing. In Shaseki-Shu about 300 years later from Taketori-Monogatari, there were a samurai and his wife. A poor samurai presented gold and a silver flower by an appointment with his seignior. The seignior would be happy to make the poor samurai rich. An honest samurai is the form that prince Kuramochi was reversed. That Taketori-Monogatari and the Shaseki-Shu aren't good for shame, a lesson is being done. Now which has passed in 800 from the Shaseki-Shu also lives through this lesson。
