The main purpose of this study was to understand current situation of sports self-efficacy for Elementary Schools in Taichung City. The participants were 97 elementary school sports team students. Using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance to analyze the data, the results revealed that: Various levels of sports self-efficacy are ranked by entertainment, physical health, exercise fitness, relationship, life skills and emotional stress; There are significant differences in sports self-efficacy by different genders; There are not significant differences in sports self-efficacy by different grades and different levels of parental education. This study confirms that there are indeed significant differences in sports self-efficacy by different genders of elementary school sports team students. It was suggested that future studies applying diverse physical abilities tests.
