本文係有鑑於在都市及區規劃或研究的工作上，資料收集常是相當重要而且煩重的一項工作，乃著眼於都市及區資訊系統，針對都市及區域規劃資料之特性，設計編碼系統資料庫架構，以開發都市及區域規劃資料庫系統，並試著以微電腦系統建立雛形，以測試系統之實用性，作為建立都市及區域規劃資訊系統之基礎。

For the matter of urban and regional planning or reach, data collating is a very important and trivial task. This paper takes a view of urban and regional information system, points at the characteristics of urban and regional planning data, to design a coding system and data based framework for developing an urban and regional planning data base system. Try to use microcomputer system to set up a prototype for testing the system practicability. And suggest to be as the foundation of urban and regional planning information system.
