無障礙的交通最壞乃一完善的交通系統興建築環境，能夠滿足各類運輸障礙者之特性與需要，提供合適的交通設施與運輸方式，使任何人皆能選擇最適合自己之運輸方式，方便地在活環境中作水平與垂直的移動。本文主要探討無障礙交通環境之基本理念與其規劃原則，介紹國外推展無障礙交通之經驗，並檢討國內有關無障礙交通存在之課題，研擬改善對策與未來應努力方向。
