行政學是一門應用科學。它的發展和一個國家的繁榮穩定有密切關係。本文主旨是分析行政學在中國大陸及香港的發展問題。所採用研究法是文獻分析和面談。分析結論是兩地的行政學發展緩慢,原因包括政治壓力,員忽視、學者的水平及研究投入有限。本文亦討論行證實務和研究含意。
Based on document analysis, literature review, and field interview, this study re views the development and critical issues of public administration in Hong Kong and Mainland. The principal conclusions are that under-development of the discipline is caused by a variety of political, administrative, and behavioral factors, among which the commitment and knowledge, skill and abi1ities of public, administration scholars are particularly salient Practical and research impliations are discussed.
