Project is the most common structure in modern organizations. This paper proposes a conceptual framework of organization design for project. The primary components of the framework are stragegy and task of project, project life cycle management cost/time/performance management, project matrix, project planning/scheduling and controlling techniques and Project Management Information System (PMIS), project communication/leadership style and reward system. With the help of this framework, we discuss the possible improvements of the R&D project management system of Tai-Power Company.
