The author reclassified and integrated both the concepts of causality and probability in this paper. Also, the concrete, feasible measurement of inductive logic probability in philosophy of science are fond: It seems that the suspended measurement problem for about sixty years are solved. On the other hand, there are fifteen other findings in this paper. The offering of mind-body combined ideology in scientific research may help the efficient fusion of science and Chinese culture.
