     我國工業進步,各企業及機構莫不以追求工作效率為要務,工作人員則常因工作單調、工作內容負荷、作業環境不良、工作方法不當、上班時間之問題及精神負擔或壓力,產生疲勞或過勞之現象,造成工作者健康及安全上之顧慮。 本研究疲勞調查之技術及方法內容包括生理、心理機能測定法、生化學機能測定法、代謝產物之測定,及唾液、汗、體重損失之測定法以及自覺症狀調查法加以探討。引用各種文獻寫出各種方法之概要,並參酌市售儀器,加以詳述,然後說明其適用行業別。本研究所敘述的測定法,較適用於團體疲勞之測定及判定。 本研究所論及的疲勞測定技術共二十餘種,期望能作為政府工業安全衛生管理部門及企業界對疲勞管理之參考資料。
     Fatigue is one of the most fundamental biological problems for both research and practical application, the whole field of fatigue is complex. It produces a general feeling of discomfort and frustration and interferes with well-being, and even more so in disease and safty consideration. This study indicated the methods of measuring fatigue accompanied by work loading. These methods include physiological, psychological, biochemical examination, working activity and time series observation, and performance test. Questionaire of the symptoms & the subjective feeling of fatigue were also described. This study enlisted over twenty methods of fatigue measurement, covering most methods of fatigue analysis. The results would provide a valuable draft to the related governmental office of industrial safty & health and employer for the fatigue management in occupational health.
